I want all of my Bel Air Babes to be completely satisfied with the quality and fit of our products.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving or purchasing your item(s) to request a return via an online purchase or bring the product back into the store for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Then it will ask you to enter your email to access your customer account. The flat rate of $9.00 for shipping label cost will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We refund the same method that payment was made.
